Position: Escrow & Title, Coord Developer
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Contract: 9/16/2024- 11/16/2024
Shift: M-F, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Pay Range: $20.00 an hour paid weekly.
Duties:
Establish new vacation ownership escrow accounts and process transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures for large Vacation Ownership Development projects in a high-volume production environment. Receives and reviews contract documents and verify data accuracy. Coordinate recording transactions and perform escrow closings. Maintain and verify financial and inventory records. Create title insurance policies for each transaction and distribute according to service level agreement.
• Receives purchase agreements from clients/timeshare developers in a variety of formats and uploads to company database/records tracking systems as required.
• Imports sales data and financial records into company database/records tracking systems.
• Reviews contract documents to set up escrow accounts and files according to Service Level Agreements.
• Reviews recordable documents to confirm completeness and accuracy.
• Knowledge to create and generate ancillary title documents for owner’s delivery and recording.
• Coordinates document recordings and has knowledge of various county and state recording requirements and is proficient in both manual and electronic recording processes.
• Prepare closing spreadsheets, verify information, and perform quality checks.
• Process information and prepare documents to wire funds; obtain approval from Lead / Supervisor.
• Produce title insurance policies from template specific to each project and distribute according to Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain inventory records and process inventory releases.
• Assignments vary in complexity.
• Works on projects and tasks that are routine in nature and instructions are usually detailed.
• Perform day to day financial transactions as requested

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
