Johns Hopkins University supports a flexible work model which includes four different work modalities. This role has a hybrid arrangement with an onsite presence of 3 days per week. The manager will confirm the team's core onsite days where the majority/all team members will work in the office. Employees who travel on university business can count those days towards their onsite days.
The Office of Volunteer Engagement (OVE) seeks to engage, steward, and recognize Johns Hopkins' leadership volunteers according to their interests through meaningful activities that encourage and recognize their long-term support of the institution and the positive impact of their involvement and philanthropy. Developing and maintaining a community of engaged leadership volunteers is vital to the institution and the success of DAR. In pursuit of these goals, OVE collaborates with a wide range of colleagues across Johns Hopkins University and Medicine.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director, managing centralized reporting on university and medicine leadership volunteers, partnering with colleagues across the institution to ensure consistent data management and reporting on volunteers, and administering other technology solutions to more effectively engage and support leadership volunteers.
