We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls.

Our ideal candidate is someone who most importantly, has a real passion for making other people happy. Significant management experience in high quality restaurant operations is required for this position.
What the job looks like:
The Assistant General Manager is a leader before anything else. They are someone who inspires and motivates their team. They challenge them and reward them as well.
Responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager include overseeing the day-to-day operations, (both administrative duties and service management), assisting in staff training and education, working with the General Manager.
Required Skills:
Ability to lift 40+ lbs
Ability to ascend/descend stairs many times per shift
Experience working with POS systems
Server/bartender/sommelier floor experience
Preferred Skills
CMS/WSET Certification
P&L management experience
Staff management & Training of 25+ employees
Understanding of HR compliance
Payroll & Scheduling experience
