The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for assisting in people development and the overall warehouse and delivery operations. This role has a broad range of responsibility in store operations and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

• Assist in leading warehouse team to ensure highest level of customer service standards are executed in home deliveries.
• Provides feedback and innovative ideas to build a more profitable warehouse operation.
• Ensures proper execution of best practices related to delivery preparation and process.
• Assists in managing warehouse payroll within budgeted guidelines.
• Oversees unloading/loading of inbound and outbound merchandise.
• Increases completion of home delivery rate by utilizing best practices.
• Monitor Shipping and Receiving to warehouse.
