SCW Liquors in Callahan, FL is looking for one bar manager and one assistant bar manager to join our 10 person strong team at our new sports bar The Vault located at 450066 State Road 200. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
• Helping customers choose menu items or guiding them through drink options
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean
• Providing friendly and attentive service
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Good with a computer and mobile device
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• No manager experience necessary
