CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer in the DFW area that is hiring a Floating Leasing Agent. If you have 2+ year experience as a leasing agent with stable work history then we want to talk to you!

Job Title: Bilingual Leasing Agent

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $17 – 19/hr BOE (plus potential to earn bonuses)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with the requirement to work 2 Saturdays a month

Job Description:

Responsible for managing leasing activities between two larger properties. The agent will report to the managers of each site and handle tasks related to leasing, including showing properties, handling inquiries, and closing deals. This role offers a good entry-level opportunity with the potential for growth.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in leasing or related field
• Must be bilingual
• Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple properties
• Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
• Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• High school diploma or GED required
