Construction Superintendent (Stucco & Masonry)

Built Exteriors is seeking an experienced, Construction Superintendent to oversee stucco and masonry projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively from project start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily activities of construction crews for stucco and masonry work.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, materials procurement, and inspections.
• Coordinate with supervisory, clerical, and engineering teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, jobsite safety, and compliance with all regulations.
• Resolve field issues, workforce concerns, and on-site construction problems promptly.
• Monitor work progress and ensure all work meets specifications and quality expectations.

Typical Duties Include:

• Studying plans/specifications to determine staffing, equipment, and timelines.
• Ordering tools and materials in line with project timelines.
• Coordinating with suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Overseeing progress reports and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Upholding jobsite safety, quality control, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in stucco and masonry construction.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (huge plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient with scheduling, reporting, and daily documentation.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
