My Flooring America is seeking a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for management of defined departmental functions and personnel by, verifying schedules, verifying proper assignments to sub-contractors, serving as a knowledge resource, assisting in load outs, and setting up video calls with customers as needed. This position requires a lot of customer service experience.

Duties

• Warehouse management
• Manage Team for Dallas DC
• Handle escalated customer concerns/questions
• Oversee work order and detailed job explanation to sub-contractors
• Monitorsub-contractor's schedules
• Be readily available as a knowledge resource to help sub-contractors and customers

Requirements

• Must have leadership skills
• Must have outstanding customer service skills, written and verbal
• Can handle customer concerns/complaints with ease and stay calm and focused.
