About the Role
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist with application administration and data migration. In this role, you'll help ensure smooth transitions for end users by accurately entering data and supporting ongoing system updates. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime for our clients.

What You'll Do
Enter and organize user data and organizational information into the system with high accuracy.
Assist the development team in building tools to support data migration and application setup.
Provide support to end users, ensuring their credentials and accounts are properly established.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues.
Work a shift that aligns with assigned divisions (shift options: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST).
What We're Looking For
Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are a plus.
Any Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support experience is a bonus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional Details
Reliable internet connection is required.
