Apple’s Immigration Team is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished engagement specialist to help us inspire and connect our employees and partners with our organization’s vision and priorities. You'll be, at various times, a storyteller, creative thinker, presenter, project manager, trainer, writer, among other things.
We are a highly collaborative team that works together as well as with our cross- functional partners throughout the People team and Apple. You are at the intersection of many functions on the immigration team and relied on to understand our needs through a well-rounded employee and business lens — you see around corners and connect dots.
Description
You’ll help develop strategies to connect projects, training, communications and compliance issues in a clear, concise narrative to a global audience.
You’ll produce, present and coordinate the execution of these plans.
You’ll keep employees informed with consistent, timely updates that connect these activities to business goals, priorities, and long-term vision.
You’ll work with people around the world and across Apple—throughout our global immigration organization as well as with our cross-functional partners—to create storytelling opportunities to support the work of immigration.
You’ll work under quick timelines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, exciting environment where quality, creativity and accountability are essential.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years communications experience
- Proven track record of developing clear, concise and compelling communications and engagement strategies that align several work streams including training, compliance, communications and projects to support our employees and partners
- Outstanding attention to detail, and ability to prioritize key work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong editorial point of view and narrative ability
- Able to build and grow strong internal relationships with colleagues and business
- partners, and work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Key Qualifications

- Knowledge of U.S. immigration
- Previous program or project management experience
- BA in English, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
