Hyatt Centric Austin is looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals to support in the opening of two exciting new Food and Beverage concepts: The Tradition and HeyDey Social Club.
Greeters are responsible for welcoming and seating guests, answering inquiries about the menu and the hotel, providing recommendations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. Individuals in this role create the first impression for guests possess the ability to significantly influence the overall restaurant experience through their interactions. Greeters may also assist with other Food and Beverage tasks such as running food, assisting with clearing tables, and amenity set up and delivery.
The tentative start date for this role is late August, in preparation for our early September opening . If you are excited about contributing to a project that values community and exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

HeyDey Social Club is centered on sunny golden hour hangs where guests can spend all evening at this cheerful bar meets European Social Club. With stellar cocktails and friendly service, HeyDey operates as a cocktail café and is the go-to place for downtown happy hour drinks. Enjoy excellent coffee for a late afternoon pick-me-up, Italian Aperitif style drinks, innovative seasonal takes on classic craft cocktails, natural wine, and local beers. This uniquely hip cocktail and snack bar offers casual and light service with an attitude that doesn't take itself too seriously. For us, grabbing a drink after work is a whole ritual, a precious moment to share a drink and a bite with friends at the end of the workday or before dinner.
The Tradition: An American Kitchen is dedicated to creating a welcoming and dependable neighborhood restaurant where every guest feels at home. Our menu celebrates the essence of Americana with a playful twist, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients and diverse flavors. Enjoy a variety of classic American staples with global influences, including shareable starters, salads, burgers, and sandwiches, as well as expertly prepared sushi hand rolls from our open kitchen. Our beverage program features a curated selection of classic-inspired cocktails that highlight Texas spirits and trending flavors. Our wine menu offers well-known varietals and regions, ensuring perfect pairings. We also proudly serve locally brewed beers in packaged formats.

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin features 246 guestrooms, 3,000 sq ft. of dedicated meeting space, along with two exciting F&B concepts including an 8th floor rooftop bar. Guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering unmatched views of the Texas Capitol, UT Stadium, and growing Austin skyline. The 31st floor is the home of the Artist’s Residence, a 1,400sq ft suite and event space with an outdoor terrace. The hotel’s boho-chic residential design will reflect Austin’s rich history in music and arts, with the common areas showcasing diverse local artists and guestrooms featuring iconic images from the historic neighboring Paramount Theatre.
