Are you passionate about helping other employees? We are expanding our services and looking for a customer-centric individual to provide outstanding service and support to employees regarding HR-related topics. These Hire to Retire inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, leave of absence, and travel & expense inquiries. The role is hybrid working mostly virtual and occasional times from the office for system support or team meetings.

We are looking for an Inbound AskHR Call Center Agent. This position will be based in Orlando, FL.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Ability to work the 9:00am – 6:00pm EST shift Monday through Friday
  • Collaboration with colleagues in a team-focused environment while providing optimal operational efficiency with emphasis outstanding service delivery
  • In-depth problem-solving that often involves persistence to find resolutions requiring reliance on conceptual thinking and critical thinking
  • Comprehensive documentation of transactions for all customer interaction using Siemens-specific tools in accordance with Human Resources record directives and policies
  • Elite customer service best practices to respond to customer inquiries related to broad HR topics, including Payroll, Policies, Tools, Processes, Data Management
  • Passion for finding and delivering a personalized interaction for every customer and colleague
  • Effective communication skills to give and receive feedback for personal and team growth
  • Active participation in activities designed to enhance and elevate the customer experience
  • Self-motivated, independent ongoing learning to develop expertise in products and services
  • Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Spanish Bi-Lingual speaking, required (read, write and speak)
  • 3+ years of successful experience in customer service with human resources or payroll knowledge
  • HS Degree with 5+ years of experience Very good communications, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excels in team environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree. Will consider candidates with BS/BA in HR with internship experience.
