Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing remote support, troubleshooting, and assisting with various tasks related to IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware setup, network troubleshooting, and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote assistance to technical teams by establishing secure internet connections through hotspot-enabled devices and ensuring proper integration with the network.
Perform organization and replacement of ethernet cables to maintain an efficient and tidy network infrastructure.
Terminate and patch ethernet cables (RJ-45) as part of regular network setup and maintenance.
Test and troubleshoot connectivity between various devices to ensure seamless communication across the network.
Remove outdated or faulty equipment and replace with newer models in designated IT storage areas.
Reconfigure and organize shelving within IT storage units to ensure proper space and compliance with organizational standards.
Label all IT equipment and shelving within the storage area for easy identification and tracking.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support or network management.
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with network and connectivity issues.
Familiarity with ethernet cable termination, patching, and network setup.
