Job Description

Position: Janitorial Supervisor

Required Hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: Variable 5-day schedule Monday-Saturday. Weekend coverage when needed.

Locations: Primarily St. Clair, with some work required in surrounding cities.

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour.

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly (Every other Friday).

Typical Hours: 7am-3pm for day shifts and 3 pm-11 pm for afternoon shifts. Flexibility, willingness to work overtime

and be available at all times is a must for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Team Leader for general cleaning staff.

• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, promptly addressing any requests or complaints.

• Manage the daily activities of assigned accounts.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings to ensure service quality meets standards.

• Coordinate, schedule, and perform special project work.

• Track, maintain, cleaning supplies inventory.

• Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment; arrange for repair or replacement of used and damaged equipment.

• Schedule and train new janitorial staff members.

• Perform general cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping desks, chairs, conference rooms, break areas, maintaining bathrooms, emptying trash, disinfecting high touch areas, and locking up buildings.

• Perform specialty tasks: Floor stripping and waxing, window cleaning, post-construction cleaning, operate floor scrubbers and burnishers, carpet cleaning.
