Your work will be critical in allowing our attorneys to focus on client advocacy. • Growth-Focused HR Management: Lead HR functions with a growth mindset, helping to recruit, develop, and retain a team that shares our commitment to making a difference. Your efforts will directly contribute to our firm’s expansion and success. • Financial Stewardship: Manage and optimize our financial processes, including budgeting, billing, and reporting. Your insights will help ensure that our firm’s growth is both sustainable and impactful. • Technology & Innovation: Oversee our technology infrastructure, implementing solutions that support our growth and enhance our ability to serve clients effectively. • Client Experience Excellence: Maintain and elevate our high standards of client service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our firm’s commitment to care and professionalism. • Compliance & Risk Management: Protect our firm by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks as we grow. Qualifications: • Experienced Leader: You bring extensive experience in law firm administration or a similar role in a professional services setting, with a proven track record of supporting growth. • Educational Background: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CLM) are a plus. • Strategic Thinker with a Growth Mindset: You’re not just focused on day-to-day operations—you have a vision for the future and are excited about contributing to the growth and success of a firm. • Tech-Savvy Innovator: You’re comfortable with legal practice management software and have a keen eye for how technology can drive efficiency and growth.
