The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing and executing leveraged finance transactions, including high-yield bonds, syndicated loans, and structured credit. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial modeling and credit analysis for leveraged finance transactions.

• Support the team in structuring and executing transactions in high-yield debt and leveraged loans.

• Perform industry and company-specific research to evaluate market trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.

• Assist in managing relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to due diligence processes and evaluate business plans and financial projections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or a similar financial role.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

• Knowledge of debt capital markets and leveraged finance products.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Skills:
Financial Modeling - Ability to create, analyze, and manipulate complex financial models.
Credit Analysis - Proficient in evaluating creditworthiness of corporations and assessing financial risks.
Valuation Techniques - Knowledge of various methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
Debt Capital Markets - Understanding of high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and structured finance products.
Market Research - Skilled in gathering and analyzing industry data to identify trends and opportunities.
Financial Reporting - Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to prepare reports for senior management and clients.
Communication Skills - Excellent writing and speaking abilities to interact with internal teams and clients.
Attention to Detail - Ability to work with high precision and accuracy in financial analyses and transaction execution.
Project Management - Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.
