Job Title: Female Life Skills Coach Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts – Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (Saturday is not flexible)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Female Life Skills Coach to support individuals of various ages in developing essential life skills. The ideal candidate will have a
bachelor’s degree in a related field (social work, psychology, counseling, or a similar discipline) and/or relevant experience in life skills coaching or behavioral health.
This role involves one-on-one coaching, treatment planning, and working closely with families during the week, while Saturdays will be focused on providing respite services and facilitating community-based group activities. Key Responsibilities: Life Skills Coaching (Monday, Thursday, Friday): - Provide individualized life skills coaching tailored to each client’s needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to support client goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families for holistic support.
- Conduct assessments and track client progress.
- Teach and reinforce emotional regulation, social skills, self-sufficiency, and communication techniques.
- Provide transportation for clients as needed using both company and personal vehicles.
- Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress notes, and reports.
- Collaborate with other professionals, caregivers, and community resources.
Respite Services & Community Integration (Saturday): - Provide respite care services for various clients within our program.
- Work with other staff members in a group setting to support client needs.
- Supervise and engage clients in structured, skill-building activities.
- Assist in integrating life skills learned during the week into real-world scenarios.
- Facilitate participation in community events provided by the respite team.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field OR equivalent experience in life skills coaching, behavioral health, or a similar field.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse needs, including emotional regulation, social skills, and independent living skills.
- Ability to connect with clients and families in a professional and supportive manner.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to use a personal vehicle when needed (mileage reimbursement available if applicable).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, with Saturday as a required workday.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills & Attributes: - Experience in case management, coaching, or counseling.
- Knowledge of behavioral interventions, coping strategies, and skill-building techniques.
- Ability to adapt and work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and person-centered approaches.
