Job Description
We are seeking a **dedicated, compassionate, and patient-centered Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)** to join our growing **Family Practice team in Indio, CA** . **Competitive Salary: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually**
**Work Schedule**
+ **Monday:** 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
+ **Tuesday:** 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
+ **Wednesday:** Off
+ **Thursday & Friday:** 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
+ **Saturday:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
+ **Sunday:** Off
**Required Licensure & Experience**
+ Master's Degree in **Social Work** , **Marriage and Family Therapy** , or **Professional Clinical Counseling**
+ **California licensure** as an LMFT
+ Minimum of **three (3) years of experience** in a community mental health setting
+ Demonstrated experience in a **Managed Care** environment
+ Experience working with **multi-ethnic and underserved communities**
+ **Bilingual in Spanish and English** strongly preferred
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Promote and integrate behavioral health services into primary care
+ Maintain protocols and procedures for integrated behavioral health activities across the St. John's network
+ Assist primary care providers in identifying, treating, and managing behavioral health concerns
+ Conduct client intakes with diagnostic and functional evaluations, and support treatment planning
+ Provide consultations and mental health expertise to primary care and behavioral health teams
+ Deliver brief, focused interventions for clients in need of mental health support
+ Identify and develop plans for clients at risk of worsening mental health conditions
