As a Management Aide in the Public Housing Department, you will perform administrative and clerical activities to support the function of the Public Housing Program. This will include working with Property Managers or Assistant Property Managers at our Housing sites to assist with clerical functions including answering phones, data entry, and contacting residents to schedule interim and annual re-examinations. This position obtains, verifies and records information on current household income and family composition, calculates rent amounts, prepares work orders for maintenance, organizes time sheets, prepares tenant files and participates in the leasing of vacant units.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One (1) year of experience in performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family housing developments, or properties owned or administered by public housing agencies; or
- One (1) year of comparable business, industrial, or professional employment; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
