• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
