MECHANICAL PROJECT EXECUTIVE


Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search a Mechanical Project Executive – First Project in Rochester, Minnesota but then will be a TRAVELING ROLE.



Mechanical Mechanical Project Executive Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Mechanical Mechanical Project Executive - Traveling is between $160,000 and $200,000.

Mechanical Project Executive Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage projects and teams from qualification through closeout.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects at various stages.
• Experience managing a team of Project Managers.
• Responsible for planning, negotiating, and completing projects.
• Responsible for building and installing system to customer specifications.
• Perform estimates and prepare change orders.
• Manage RFI Log, change order log, labor tracking, material procurement and scheduling of activities.
• Prepare reports for job cost analysis.
• Will be required to attend project management meetings and jobsite coordination.
• Transparent reporting to executive management and client.

Mechanical Project Executive Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project Management experience in the mechanical construction industry. HEALTHCARE / HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Experience with mechanical projects with budgets over $100M.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing and/or piping.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or related preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, field employees, vendors, and other contractors.
• MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL OR RELOCATE FOR PROJECT DURATION.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
