We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a Montessori classroom of children aged 3-6, fostering a love for learning, and guiding them in their spiritual and academic growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a prepared Montessori environment that is engaging, orderly, and in alignment with Montessori principles.
• Guide and support children in their learning process, encouraging independence and critical thinking.
• Integrate Catholic faith and values into the daily classroom experience.
• Assess and track each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance the learning environment.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and respectful atmosphere for all students.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Certification (AMS or AMI trained) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a Montessori environment.
• Practicing Catholic who is passionate about integrating faith into education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and faith-filled learning environment.
