Responsibilities for Personal Trainer:

• Consult with clients to understand fitness and nutrition goals 
• Create and implement comprehensive training programs 
• Network to grow your clientele and training book of business
• Provide tips and advice on improving form and achieving their goal
• Maintain training equipment, studio cleanliness and safety
• Develop a good rapport with clients and have an empathetic attitude
• Provide clients with regular feedback regarding progress
• Request google reviews and referrals from clients quarterly
• Follow all Standard Operating Protocols

Qualifications for Personal Trainer:

• Certified as a personal trainer
• College degree required
• Sales experience a plus
• CPR/AED
• Proven experience working as a personal trainer
• Available to work mornings, nights, weekends. The client schedule drives your schedule.
• Excellent social, verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable customer service and client focus
• Strong working knowledge of fitness training and exercises and able to demonstrate proper form and technique
• Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and health
• Maintain physical fitness levels at all times
