Ultimate Performance (U.P. Fitness) hosts the world’s leading Personal Trainers where results come first.

We are the only global Personal Training business on the planet, with facilities in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the USA and Australia.

Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for exceptional and results-driven Personal Trainers to join our highly successful team at our U.P. Washington D.C. DuPont, U.P. Washington D.C. Metro Center, and U.P. Bethesda gyms.

Requirements

Our goal is to educate and mould you, not only into a world-class Personal Trainer, but as one of the future leaders of U.P. We have already done this with multiple Trainers, including members of our current Senior Management team. We have achieved this through our mentorship scheme and in-house education which every new Personal Trainer will be a part of so that you understand our philosophy and have the ability to continually learn and develop as a Trainer.

Annual salary: $44,800

OTEs: $49,400-$68,900

Hours: Full-time

Our United States locations provide Personal Trainer qualifications and so do not currently require applicants to have already attained their Personal Training certification.
