Leidos QTC Health Services and our affiliated medical professional corporations (PCs), including Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, collaborate closely with government and non-government customers to address current and future program needs within the health services domain. In coordination with the PCs, we specialize in disability-focused medical examinations, independent medical exams and review services, occupational health services, diagnostic testing, and case management solutions. As innovators, we focus on advancing technologies that improve service delivery, with a particular emphasis on enhancing accessibility for examinees in rural communities. With a proven track record of continuous improvement and steady growth, we now handle over 2 million appointments annually. We are seeking a Physician Assistant Level I-V at our Mt. Vernon, WA clinic to help ensure our service members get the best care possible. You will play a vital role in the continued care of these men and women. Your Role at Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska: As a Physician Assistant with Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska a Leidos QTC Health Service affiliated professional corporation, you will conduct a variety of general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations including, but not limited to: 1. 1. Reviewing medical history and associated records ```{=html} ``` 1. 1. Interpreting clinical data ```{=html} ``` 1. 1. Completing written reports and generating independent medical opinions (IMO) The examinations may be completed in-person (in a clinic setting), in the examinees home, telephonically, at large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program, or using telehealth platforms. You will also have the ability to travel (up to 30%) to provide physical examinations for veterans and service members in multiple locations throughout the country. All travel expenses are covered and a per diem will be received. Pay Range: Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 with a potential annual bonus up to 30%. Work Schedule, Location, and General Information: - - Generally M-F, 8 working hour day (between 7am -6pm), with weekend/evening schedules based on operational needs. ```{=html} ``` - - 30% national travel ```{=html} ``` - - Comprehensive onboarding and training program with progressive encounter complexity as job understanding and skills develop ```{=html} ``` - - Fully staffed clinic to support operations. ```{=html} ``` - - We will pay for licensing, malpractice, CME costs, and more! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - - Physical exams for a variety of customers to include federal, defense and others. ```{=html} ``` - - Occupational health exams to include pre- and post-employment and annual physicals. ```{=html} ``` - - Written medical opinions based on provided medical records/information and acceptable clinical evidence (ACE) ```{=html} ``` - - Provide telephonic and virtual exams ```{=html} ``` - - Unique exam settings - homebound, event sites, etc. ```{=html} ``` - - Completion of Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) ```{=html} ``` - - Provide primary medical evaluations to include, but not limited to: review of systems, pap smear, and range of motion ```{=html} ``` - - Complete initial review and interpretation of diagnostic studies to include but not limited to: laboratory, pulmonary function and ECG studies Documentation of examinee
