Job Overview: 

We are offering employment opportunities to Internal or Family Medicine Physicians who are interested in providing high-quality clinical care to our patients in the diverse communities that we serve. As a rapidly growing network, we provide a supportive environment for our physicians to practice medicine under the guidance of dedicated medical leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and chronic diseases and conditions
  • Prescribing or administering medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
  • Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients
  • Monitoring patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluating treatments, as necessary
  • Providing health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
  • Immunizing patients against preventable diseases
  • Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results
  • Referring patients to other medical specialists, when necessary
  • Providing compassionate and empathetic support and advice to patients regarding their health concerns
  • Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary
  • Participating in network activities such as Provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and training sessions
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English and Chinese required.
  • MD or DO from accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board-certified or board-eligible.
  • Current and unrestricted New York State license and DEA.
