Job Description

Company Overview: They are a leading private equity firm specializing in investments in the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service Companies sectors. Their mission is to partner with exceptional management teams to drive growth and create value. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team and support our investment activities.

Position Overview: The Associate will play a key role in supporting the investment team through financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management. This individual will work closely with senior team members and portfolio company management teams to help drive strategic initiatives and achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis and Support:

  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
  • Support due diligence efforts, including coordinating with external advisors and conducting industry research.

Portfolio Management:

  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, including tracking financial and operational metrics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies for portfolio companies.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and investors.

Deal Execution:

  • Support the execution of investment transactions, including drafting term sheets and coordinating closing processes.
  • Assist in negotiating deal terms and structuring transactions.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities within the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service Companies sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and potential partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
