Walmart is seeking a talented Producer, Photography (Post Production Lead) to join our team in Chino, California. As a key member of our photography team, you'll use your advanced software and techniques to lead post-production editing of photographs, ensuring they meet Walmart's visual standards and brand guidelines. As a producer, you'll collaborate with photographers and other team members to achieve desired looks and effects, manage photography workflows, and maintain quality control. The Photography Post-Production Lead & Studio Producer will be responsible for managing post-production editing for item-based photography. The role also supports the photography studio workflows.

What you'll do :

Post-Production Editing :   

• Edit photographs using advanced software and techniques to enhance image quality, color, and composition.   
• Ensure all images meet Walmart's visual standards and brand guidelines.   
• Collaborate with photographers and other team members to achieve desired looks and effects.

Photography Workflow Support :  

• Color Management experience and knowledge of color spaces and consistency issues which may arise from digital assets from different sources.
• Assist in managing photography workflows, including file management and workflow organization coordinating assets with a production team.   
• Ensure all photographs are properly tagged, labeled, and archived for easy access and retrieval.  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Walmart's safety and security protocols.

Quality Control :

• Conduct quality control checks on all photographs to ensure they meet Walmart's standards for composition, lighting, and overall aesthetic.   
• Identify and address any issues or defects in the photographs, working collaboratively with the photography team to resolve them.

Training and Development :

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in post-production editing and photography.   
• Share knowledge and expertise with other team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll bring :

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design , Marketing, Business, and/or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom .
• Strong understanding of photography principles , including composition, lighting, and color theory .
• Experience with print and related files a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Adherence to Walmart's code of conduct and commitment to ethical behavior.
• Experience with Generative AI and initiatives to embrace new emerging technologies a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$143,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
