As a MarTech/Data Products Manager , you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. We need a first-class product manager to drive strategy, enhancements and implementations on our data and marketing capabilities. This role is critical to our success as a business and is a highly visible role that will entail collaboration and leadership across all stakeholders and partners on Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance etc. teams.

What you'll do:

• Originate, prioritize and deliver on an enterprise Data and MarTech Roadmap
• Lead and partner closely with the data engineering team to solution, test and implement priorities in an agile manner with focus on impact and velocity of deliverables
• Develop quantitative insights and metrics to effectively guide future development priorities and monitor the success of our technology investments.
• Collaborate with our senior architects to deliver an evolving architecture that will make economic and technological sense while over-delivering on business results by leveraging best in class solutions, whether ‘built' or ‘bought'.
• Manage proofs of concept to test new ideas against existing champions and rapidly iterate to deliver ROI.
• Draft, Document and Present materials that effectively communicate your charter, portfolio of deliverables and its performance to senior leaders, partners and stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or technology leadership in Digital Marketing, Data capabilities, Financial Services Marketing technologies space
• Excellent communication and organization skills. Experience with complex large scale implementations is preferred
• Proven track record of driving actual business results for products managed.
• Agile Product management experience and demonstrated success in collaboration and execution across a cross functional organization
• Demonstrated experience in leading through data-driven decision making and prioritization. Must have working knowledge with SQL and Tableau
• Exposure to and experience working with an Ad/MarTech stack- Specifically in support of Digital Ad Campaigns, Customer Journey Orchestrators, Personalization capabilities. (Experience with one or more is nice to have: Tealium, SFMC, Insider, Iterable, Acoustic, Twilio)
• STEM or Business Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

Work from home/hybrid:

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market or S.F., CA Bay area. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home.

Salary Range : $120,000 to $135,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
