Position Overview

We are seeking a budding Junior Product Manager with a background in implementing enterprise systems, coupled with expertise in Jira and Scrum methodology. As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the successful implementation of enterprise-level systems within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and leverage Jira as a project management tool while adhering to the Scrum framework to drive efficient product development. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our business processes and meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Systems Implementation
    • Lead the planning, execution, and management of enterprise systems implementation projects
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify business needs and requirements for the systems
    • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of enterprise systems to align with specific business processes

  • Jira Project Management
    • Utilize Jira as the primary project management tool to plan, track, and report on enterprise systems implementation initiatives
    • Create and maintain project boards, workflows, and sprints to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
    • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure accurate sprint planning and execution using Jira

  • Scrum Methodology
    • Understand the Scrum framework and Agile principles in the enterprise systems implementation process
    • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
    • Foster collaboration and communication within the team to promote an agile development

  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation
    • Work closely with stakeholders and end-users to gather and prioritize system requirements
    • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process

  • Product Development and Road mapping
    • Collaborate with the implementation team and key stakeholders to define the product roadmap for enterprise systems
    • Ensure alignment of product development efforts with business objectives and stakeholder needs

  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed product decisions and measure the success of implemented systems
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct post-implementation analysis to optimize system performance

  • Continuous Improvement
    • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product development team
    • Identify process bottlenecks and areas for optimization, implementing changes to enhance productivity and system quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on enterprise systems implementation
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, their functionalities, and integration within complex business environments
  • Proficiency in Jira for project management and Agile development processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and experience implementing them in an enterprise systems context
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and Scrum are a plus

Working Conditions

  • Extensive desk-based work involving prolonged periods using a computer and sitting for extended periods
  • Frequent interaction with team members, management, agents, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and collaborations
