We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent for our organization. Your primary duties will include sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, and creating talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Run searches and queries on LinkedIn and Job Boards
• Utilize advanced search techniques to source and screen candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Attend local and regional events as assigned.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Recruiter
