Your New Role: The Ultimate Talent Scout

At AirCo, you won’t just be filling seats; you’ll be building a team of rock stars. As a Recruiter , you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This means identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Your mission is simple: attract, engage, and hire high-caliber professionals who embody our values and objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute dynamic recruiting strategies to meet our ever-evolving hiring needs. You’ll tap into various sourcing methods—think job boards, social media, and networking—to find top-tier talent.
• Candidate Management: Own the candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person meetings with hiring managers. We’re counting on you to keep candidates engaged and excited.
• Job Posting: Craft compelling job descriptions and post them in all the right places. Your words will be the first impression of our company, so make them count.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and offer market insights. You'll also manage our external recruiting firms and coordinate daily to keep the interview schedule on point.
• Candidate Experience: Keep the lines of communication open and clear. Your goal is to ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
• Data Management: Keep meticulous records and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources. We’re all about data-driven decisions.
• Compliance: Stay sharp on all recruitment practices, ensuring they comply with legal standards and company policies.
• Employer Branding: Represent Airco LTD at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities. You’ll be our brand ambassador, promoting our culture and values.

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
• Experience in the skilled trades industry is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
