Qualified Candidates will need:

A current Maryland Real Estate License
A willingness to learn and passion for being the best you can be
Exceptional customer service skills
Flexibility to adapt to client needs
A “can-do” attitude and positive “go-getter” mentality
Ability to flourish in a commission-based career with unlimited potential

Broad and optimized marketing of you and your listings on various social media platforms to enhance your online visibility
Accredited Staging Consultants to assist with enhancing your listings
State of the art intuitive Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to keep track of current and future clients
Regular training in all areas of real estate to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to work efficiently and be successful with every transaction

Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000+ (Yes, this is real!)
