up to $15k SIGN ON BONUS

Clinical Educator Med/Surg/Tele

Experience: Clinical Educator with experience in the last 2 years in:
Needs assessment, competency and curriculum development, implementation of learning plan, and evaluation of effectiveness for bedside nursing staff in inpatient Med/Surg/Tele departments
Proficient with Microsoft office including Power Point and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) or other nationally recognized certification in healthcare quality
Education:
BSN required, Master’s Degree or higher in healthcare related field preferred
Experience:
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma green or black belt certification
Required: Project management experience
Strong leadership, coordination, and verbal and written communication skills
