Job Description

Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in our marketing efforts by leveraging your understanding of the complete marketing mix. You will analyze market research and customer behavior while creating and maintaining spreadsheets to interpret key metrics, such as Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include managing email campaigns, monthly promotions, and updating marketing collateral to drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist customers via phone, addressing inquiries and guiding them to the services we offer, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Educate customers about our current services and promotions to enhance their experience.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
Contribute to the team's daily, monthly, and annual sales goals by actively participating in initiatives.
Update and maintain sales reporting systems to track progress and outcomes.
Oversee and facilitate weekly sales meetings, ensuring adherence to the agenda, encouraging team collaboration, and following up on key action items.
Monitor, update, and manage sales channels and platforms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

A friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is preferred.
