Job Summary: As a Solutions Engineer at Impilo, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technology and our clients' needs. You will work closely with our sales, product development, and customer success teams to design, implement, and support customized solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clients. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Pre-Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
    • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Work with clients to gather requirements and design customized solutions that integrate with their existing systems and workflows.
    • Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
    • Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client Support and Training:
    • Offer post-implementation support to ensure the smooth operation of deployed solutions.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for clients to maximize the utilization and benefits of our solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Product Development Collaboration:
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and identified needs.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of our products by suggesting enhancements and new features.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, standards (such as HL7, FHIR), and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and healthcare data integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare interoperability.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
