Position: Senior Cleaning Technician

Location: Fort Wayne IN

Hours: 2nd & 3rd Shift must have some flexibility

Salary: $15.00 per hour $0.50 per hour attendance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties efficiently and effectively ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met
  
• Train new cleaning staff on company policies procedures and best practices
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventories and supplies ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
  
• Communicate regularly with operations and field personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues or concerns
  
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other tasks as needed
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  
• Detailoriented and thorough approach to cleaning tasks with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  
• Flexibility to work oncall hours including evenings and weekends as required
