About the role

Who We Need:

We’re seeking a Senior Google Ads PPC expert and media buyer specialized in lead generation and e-commerce marketing for direct-to-consumer Shopify stores. We need an A-player—who is also a team player—who’s passionate about running killer ads programs.

If you’re the expert we need, you’ll have a proven track record in expertly managing Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics. You’ll have an eye for detail and the organizational skills to ensure you’re always one step ahead when it comes to optimizing campaigns and safeguarding against errors.

As a key member of our team you will be responsible for holistically developing and executing effective PPC campaigns, monitoring performance, conducting A/B testing, and formulating data-driven strategies to scale and expand accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored PPC strategies aligned with client business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Write compelling, error-free ad copy and create engaging ad campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+ per month.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B split testing and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Develop and present detailed action plans for performance optimization and scalability.
  • Implement safeguards to prevent errors, including scripts, alerts, and thorough manual checks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Troubleshoot/Optimize the Google Merchant Center and associated product feeds.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the Google Ads ecosystem.
  • Participate in twice-weekly remote team meetings and be available for short breakout calls as needed.
  • Proactively and continuously communicate with our operations and client success manager.
  • Reliably and autonomously adhere to SOPs, assigned tasks, and use of agency tools (Slack, ClickUp and Google Drive).

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven success as a professional PPC Expert, Digital Ads Manager, or equivalent..
  • Provide case studies/examples of your current previous work.
  • Mastery of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Maintain active Google Ads and Google Analytics Skillshop certifications at all times.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in various industries.
  • Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads is a plus but not a strict requirement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the attribution tool Triple Whale is a big plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Based in a location no more than 5-6 hours’ time difference from Indochina Time (GMT +7); preference for candidates from Eastern Europe.
