About the role:

As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll play a significant role in shaping product direction through data analysis, visualization, modeling and experimentation. Working closely with product managers, your actionable insights will directly affect how our users get out of debt and back to financial stability. 

Your impact:

As a dedicated resource for the Client Activation product team, you’ll combine strategic thinking with data driven insights to help our clients understand and intelligently modify custom collection strategies for their borrowers. Part of this role will involve the development of machine learning models.

Additionally, as a member of the analytics team you will support other product and operations teams by providing easy access to data insights, supporting experimentation design and analysis, and making impactful recommendations to improve our product and processes. 

You may be a fit if you:

• Have at least 2 years experience using SQL
• Have used languages like Python or R to conducting statistical analysis and build and evaluate models 
• Have a medium to advanced understanding of statistics as they relate to experimentation and model development
• Are able to present data in a compelling way to empower our product and engineering teams to make better decisions.
• Are able to work independently: given context and some initial guidance, you’re able to do a deep dive and make insightful recommendations for the business.

Our compensation range for the Senior Product Analyst role is $125,000 to $176,000. We determine the final package by considering experience, applicable education and training, and relevant skills derived throughout our interview process. This role also includes a competitive equity package, giving you a chance to feel true ownership of your work.
