Lead the UX design process for our cutting-edge blockchain and Web3 projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and engaging user experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for development teams
Contribute to the overall design strategy of the company
Exceptional design portfolio
6+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie, Framer)
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts is preferred but not required

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $ 135,000-$180,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level, but not location (within the US). The salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our total compensation package also includes; tokens + equity compensation, benefits, and eligibility to participate in the annual equity and token refresh grant programs.
