We are looking for someone who is passionate about software design and technology, someone who wants to learn and stretch beyond self-limits every day, someone who is willing to work on challenging projects that changes our customer’s worlds, especially focused on Business and Custom AI.

 

  • Successfully conduct design workshops and discovery sessions with customers and various SAP teams.
  • Actively participate in calls with customers, product owners and architects to understand specific business processes and requirements.
  • Create deliverables such as wireframes, user journeys, flow diagrams, mock-ups and click-through prototypes.
  • Follow lean UX principals to iterate on solutions and produce high quality, intuitive and UI designs.
  • Work closely with the architects and developers to design and build a solution according to customer requirements.
  • Work within a global team and successfully manage multiple teams in parallel.
  • Be exposed to the latest technologies and work with world-class designers who will take your professional skills to the next level.
  • Be part of a globally distributed group that has an enormous impact in the Enterprise Software industry on a global scale.
  • Work in an environment that fosters feedback, autonomy and decentralized decision-making creating a culture of innovation, diversity and empathy mindset.
  • Proactively engage and develop relationships within the larger engineering team to coach and mentor non-UX colleagues on key concepts and help drive UX advocacy
  • Act as a mentor to other UX Designers
  • International and Domestic travel as needed for workshops and product requirement discussions

 
What you bring

 

  • Degree in Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, Human Computer Interaction or related fields.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience with UX for AI a plus.
  • Knowledge of design software such as Figma, Mural, Adobe CC Suite
  • Extensive understanding in user-centered design processes and design thinking required.
  • Ability to design complex UI and application flows for desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability and hence provide acceptable work-around to customers.
  • Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (French are a plus).
  • Professional experience as UX Designer
  • Previous experience with agile development methodologies is highly valued
  • Experience in working on large development or implementation projects is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Fiori Design System is beneficial

The targeted combined range for this position is 117300 - 199300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
