Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative, full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to work in our Social Media Department. This role is pivotal in driving our clients' success on social media platforms, particularly through paid Meta ads. You will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, crafting effective content calendars and collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and execute innovative ad campaigns tailored to our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data, creativity, and innovation to achieve measurable business results. This role requires significant experience working with the Meta platform to create, test, and optimize paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Social Media Campaigns : Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on optimizing performance and achieving clients' marketing goals.
  • Content Strategy : Develop and maintain campaign schedules for various clients, ensuring ad creatives are timely, relevant, and engaging for the target audience.
  • Campaign Strategy : Work collaboratively with client marketing, sales, and creative teams to strategize and launch impactful social media advertising campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign strategy development and execution.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Integrate pixels and server-side tracking (CAPI) for accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to clients to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets across multiple campaigns, implement bid strategies, and optimize for cost efficiency.
  • Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend innovative approaches to enhance social media marketing efforts.
  • Client Collaboration : Engage with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives. Present campaign ideas and reports to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in paid social media marketing or digital advertising (at least 4 years’ experience working in Meta Ads Manager)
  • Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads) and experience running complex paid campaigns
  • Technical understanding of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and server-side tracking (CAPI) for accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Ability to analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, PowerBI, and native platform insights to make data-driven optimizations.
  • Experience managing ad budgets across multiple campaigns and optimizing for client KPIs (i.e.:, CPL, ROAS, CPA)
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), API connections, and third-party automation tools (Zapier, etc.) to streamline campaign management and reporting
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to produce engaging content for a variety of audiences
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for working effectively across various departments
  • Creative thinker with the ability to strategize and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
