Job Description

Growing Non-Profit seeks a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Core Areas Include: HR, Accounting, Operations, Facilities, Engineering and Executive Search.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
4-6 years of Senior Recruitment Experience.
