Key Responsibilities:
Process, review, and verify title documents for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough title searches and examinations to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Ensure all title documents comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.
Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties to address inquiries and resolve title-related issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date title records and databases.
Identify and resolve title defects, such as liens, encumbrances, or ownership disputes.
Work closely with internal teams, including legal, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Prepare and submit reports on title statuses, issues, and resolutions as required.
Recommend and implement improvements to title processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in title processing, title examination, or a related field.
Excellent communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers.
