Warehouse Manager

Global Life Science Hub is recruiting on behalf of a leading global CDMO. This organization specializes in providing comprehensive development and manufacturing services, with a significant international presence.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing and overseeing warehouse operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective warehouse processes, contributing to the seamless storage and distribution of high-quality pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to meet business goals.
• Manage relationships with global suppliers, product management, and operations.
• Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to drive warehouse improvements.
• Implement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
• Establish standards and guidelines for warehouse management and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee inventory management and storage solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management (preferably in a manufacturing environment or other regulated industry).
• Strong understanding of warehouse management best practices and logistics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
