This is a remote position.

Job Overview: This is a 1099 Contractor Position you are your own boss your job as a call center representative is to answer calls and make calls to customers and you are often the first point of contact for the call center.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Taking orders; answering questions and inquiries and taking orders
  
• Providing information; clarifying desired information and explaining procedures
  
• Solving problems; researching issues and exploring solutions
  
• Managing accounts; reviewing accounts and providing information about billing shipping and warranties
  
• Educating customers; informing customers about products services and policies and guiding them through troubleshooting
  
• Maintaining database; entering information into the database
  
• UpSelling; recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts and explain new features *NOT ALL POSITIONS*
